To embark on a journey to the center of one’s interior can feel daunting at best, whether you have already had some experience in therapy or just starting out. Certainly, taking the first step in seeking help is courageous and ought to be acknowledged. If you are new to this process it is not uncommon to feel a motley of emotions when entering into psychotherapy. These could include feelings of hopefulness, confusion, anger, numbness, fear, or even excitement. I encourage you, whatever the reasons you have to seek therapy, to allow yourself the time to finding both a good fit with a therapist and an approach to therapy that feels helpful to you. I hope my website will provide you some idea of who I am, my background, and my treatment methods.
